“The Qualification of Lawyers and Their Role in Filing Lawsuits Before Ordinary and Administrative Courts”
The Department of Law at Al-Huda University College held a distinguished scientific seminar today under the title “The Qualification of Lawyers and Their Role in Filing Lawsuits Before Ordinary and Administrative Courts.” The event witnessed a notable presence from members of the Provincial Council, including:
• Engineer Shihab Ahmed Sayer
• Mr. Jarrah Al-Salmani
• Mr. Saad Ghazi Al-Mohammadi
• Ms. Nassima Al-Halbousi
• Ramadi District Mayor, Mr. Sadiq Jameel Al-Dulaimi
• The Representative of Anbar Lawyers
In addition to students of the Law Department, faculty members, and individuals interested in judicial affairs.
This seminar came as part of the college’s program to enhance the practical dimension of legal studies and to open new avenues of knowledge for students through hosting reputable judicial and academic figures.
The seminar featured contributions from:
• Judge Salah Mukhlef Ubaid – Chief Prosecutor of the Public Prosecution Office in Anbar, who presented a comprehensive perspective on judicial work and the mechanisms of filing lawsuits before the courts.
• Judge Saad Ghazi Musleh – who addressed key topics concerning the role of lawyers in administrative procedures and the scope of their legal responsibilities.
• Assistant Professor Dr. Ibrahim Ali Hummadi – Head of the Law Department at Al-Huda University College, who highlighted the importance of developing students’ skills and preparing them to practice the legal profession with professionalism.
The speakers emphasized the necessity of empowering students both legally and professionally and reinforcing their judicial awareness in accordance with the needs of practical reality and the legal labor market.
