Al-Huda University College Hosts a Scientific Seminar on “Drugs: Their Symptoms, Types, Causes of Abuse, Indicators, and Prevention”
Al-Huda University College hosted a scientific seminar titled “Drugs: Their Symptoms, Types, Causes of Abuse, Indicators, and Prevention.” The seminar was delivered by a team from the Interior Friends Division under the leadership of the Anbar Police Command, represented by:
• Dr. Mohammed Hmmoud Zaidan, Anbar Police Command – Interior Friends Division
• Researcher Mohammed Tamier Abd, Anbar Police Command – Interior Friends Division
The seminar focused on raising youth awareness regarding the physical, psychological, and social risks associated with drug abuse. During the session, experts discussed prevention strategies and approaches aimed at fostering awareness and enabling informed and responsible decision-making.
Furthermore, the seminar emphasized the vital role of families and educational institutions in supporting youth and providing a safe and healthy environment. It also highlighted community initiatives dedicated to promoting awareness and combating drug abuse.
